You'll receive your 136.1 Hz weighted tuning fork, a rubber mallet activator, a Vemise carry pouch, and an Allen key for adding or adjusting compatible attachments.

You'll also receive our digital eBook guide to help you get started and learn how to use your tuning fork.

What makes 136.1 Hz special?

136.1 Hz is known as the Earth OM frequency. It's calculated from the time Earth takes to complete one orbit around the Sun, converted into an audible frequency.

It's commonly used in sound healing for meditation, relaxation, and grounding. Many people reach for it when they're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, or finding it difficult to settle down before bed.

How do I use the 136.1 Hz Tuning Fork?

Strike one of the weighted ends with the included rubber mallet or with our Tuning Fork Activator. Hold it by the stem (lower part), then place the base of the stem against a comfortable area of your body to feel the vibration.

Let the vibration fade naturally, then repeat as needed. Your included eBook walks you through the process in more detail.

Where on my body should I use it?

The 136.1 Hz tuning fork is commonly used on areas like your chest, shoulders, upper back, and the palms of your hands. Simply activate the fork and gently rest the base of its handle against your body to feel the vibration.

You can also hold it close to your ears to listen to the deep OM tone. Start somewhere comfortable, use light pressure, and avoid placing it directly on injured or irritated skin.

Can I use it before going to sleep?

Absolutely. Before bed is one of the most popular times to use the 136.1 Hz frequency. If your mind tends to race the moment your head hits the pillow, spending a few minutes with the fork can be a relaxing way to wind down before sleep.

How often should I use it?

Start with around 5 minutes a day and see what feels comfortable. Some people prefer using it in the morning, while others reach for it after a long day or just before bed.

You can also use it more than once a day if you enjoy it. There's no complicated schedule to follow.

Can I return it if it doesn't work for me?

Of course! Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, get in touch with our support team and we'll help you with your return.
